How should I search?

Simply enter your question as you would like to ask it. It doesn't matter how the question is worded, or even whether it is a complete sentence.

For example:

• "Where is your company located?"
• "How do I get to your office?"
• "address of premises"

will all return very similar results.

How are the search results organized?

• The longer the colored bar in front of the entry - the better the quality of the match.
• The further to the left the entry appears - the better quality of the match.

My search didn't return the answer I want. What should I do?

If you don't find what you are looking for:

• Check that you are only asking one question at a time.
• Check the spelling of your question.
• Submit your query as an email. If there is an Email button, click it. We will reply to you, and update our knowledgebase.
